About the company

Axon’ China was established in year 2000. It is situated right in the center of the Greater Bay Area - Shunde, Guangdong province, covers an area of around 13000 square meters, Axon’ China has about 320 employees, and growing. We also have office in Beijing and Shanghai.

Dedicated in R&D and manufacturing interconnect products, including wire & cable, connectors, molding part, machining parts and stamping parts, Axon’ products are widely used in different markets, including but not limit to Aeronautic, Energy, Automotive, Medical, Consumer electronics, and Scientific Research. Axon’ products are selected and used in Chang’e 6 satellite, CZ-5 launcher, DAMPE, BDS, JUNO project and civil aircraft.

Job description

1） 负责新产品客户开发前、开发中及协助后续新产品进入市场维护工作；
Assist to follow-up new products to enter the market maintenance work
2） 负责识别潜在的客户或销售机会并展开必要的市场调查及市场竞争对手分析；
Responsible for identifying potential customers or sales opportunities and spread the necessary market research and market competitor analysis
3） 负责拜访客户，提供客户的所需的产品或服务
Responsible for visit customers, provide customer the product or service
4） 负责每次客户拜访后的访问报告。
Finish report after visiting the customer

Skills & experience

1、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
Have strong market analysis, marketing and promotion ability and good interpersonal communication and coordination ability, analysis and problem solving ability
2、有相应产品销售经验，了解主流行业技术。 熟悉线、缆（连接线）行业产品市场优先；
Have the corresponding product sales experience, understand the mainstream industry technology， familiar with cable (connections) industry product market is  advanced,
3、具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力，具有良好的团队协作精神
Have good ability of communication, business negotiation and crisis handle ability, good teamwork spirit ;
4、英语流利，学习能力强，有挑战精神
Fluent english, good learning ability and mental challenges;
5、有外企公司工作经验，优秀法国留学生亦可
Have foreign company working experience or exellent gratuate studied in france.
