The Pearl River Delta (PRD) Chapter of the European Chamber was established in 2006, first in Guangzhou and a year later in Shenzhen. In 2010 the PRD Chapter established a representative in Zhuhai. The PRD Chapter covers the geographic area of the Pearl River Delta Region that expands across nine major cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Jiangmen, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Zhaoqing. The European Chamber, PRD Chapter now has more than 300 members mainly representing the following industries: manufacturing, consultancy, hospitality and hotels, trade/sourcing, and electronics.
