The Position Paper is published annually and represents the overall views of European companies doing business in China. It details the key concerns and recommendations of each of the 28 Working Groups and 6 Forums in regard to WTO implementation issues, trade issues and broader policy-related issues. The Position Paper is presented to the Chinese government and EU authorities each year with the aim of improving the investment climate in China. (also available in CD-ROM format).

The Social and Economic Impact of Private Equity in China 2009
This survey was produced by the European Chamber in partnership with Bain & Company and is the first of its kind to examine the real impact of Private Equity on China’s economy. The Survey indicates that PE firms provide a source of support in helping Chinese Companies to grow, contribute to China’s economic development.
