The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to enjoy some of the finest Spanish food and and wines in Shanghai at an exclusive dinner event. In the first of a series of premium wine dinners, the Chamber is taking inspiration from Spain's EU presidency in combining sumputous cuisine from El Willy with some of the country's most highly-acclaimed wines.

Chef Guillermo "Willy" Trullas has created an irresistible menu for the evening, including Kingfish tartar with eggplant, tarragon, frozen lime and ginger, Seared foie gras with beetroot, kumquat compote and popcorn powder, Grilled wild snapper from Japan, Catalonian spring chicken with lobster and potatoes and more...

To match, Torres China has put together a delectable list of wines including Martin Codax Albarino, Jean Leon Chardonnay and Celeste Ribera del Duero. Sommelier John Isacs will also be throwing in a couple of surprises as he guides guests through this opulent culinary experience.

This event will be held in the unique setting of the ART in Capitals Gallery just above El Willy restaurant. Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash at our office address.
