The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and the EU China Managers Association are delighted to welcome Ambassador Serge Abou of the Delegation of the European Commission to China, to provide an exclusive briefing on "The Future of EU China Commercial Relations".

Mr. Abou, who heads the Commission's diplomatic delegation in China,will provide an overview of the current state of EU-China trade relations and analysis of the many issues - from the financial crisis to the changing industrial landscape - that may influence the bilateral trade relationship in the months and years ahead.

Coinciding with the celebration of Europe Day on May 9th, this unique event will also mark the launch of the EU China Managers Association's activities for 2009. The discussion and Q&A will be followed by drinks and networking.

Registrations done after the deadline will be accepted only if space permits and are charged an additional 50 RMB walk-in fee.
