MEP: Issue the Emission Standard of the 5th Phase of Gas Fuelled Positive Ignition Engines and Automobiles
环保部：关于实施国家第五阶段气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排放标准的公告
为落实《国务院关于印发“十二五”节能减排综合性工作方案的通知》（国发〔2011〕26号）和《国务院关于重点区域大气污染防治“十二五”规划的批复》（国函〔2012〕146号）要求，严格实施国家机动车排放标准，推进环境空气质量改善进程，根据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》相关规定，现就实施《车用压燃式、气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ阶段）》（GB17691-2005）中“气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车第五阶段排放限值”（以下简称“国五标准”）有关事项公告如下：

环保部：关于发布达到国家机动车排放标准的新生产机动车型和发动机型的公告
经国务院同意，环境保护部对符合国家环境保护标准的机动车产品进行型式核准。经审核，现对符合《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国Ⅲ、Ⅳ阶段）》（GB18352.3－2005）、《车用压燃式、气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ阶段）》（GB17691－2005）、《摩托车污染物排放限值及测量方法(工况法，中国第Ⅲ阶段)》（GB14622－2007）第Ⅲ阶段排放限值的第83批、第Ⅳ阶段排放限值的第59批和第Ⅴ阶段排放限值的第14批机动车和发动机生产企业、产品及其污染物控制装置予以公告。详细内容见机动车环保网：www.vecc-mep.org.cn。
