On November 27th at the meeting of the HR Forum of the European Chamber in Nanjing members unanimously accepted the candidatures of Mr. Rudolf Siebenhofer and Ms. Irene Li for the Chair and Vice-chair positions of the Forum.
Mr. Rudolf Siebenhofer is CEO of Siemens Program and System (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. since October 2003 and since December 2007 is also Chief Operation Officer of Siemens IT Solutions & Services China.

Ms. Li is with more than ten years working experience in WFOE/JV. She is currently Deputy HR Manager at Dystar Nanjing Colours Co., Ltd.

They both believe that HR issues are the key factors for a company's success and thanked former Chairman Mr. Hans-Christian Marxen (BASF-YPC) for his idea to bring together two people, representing the European and the Chinese side, to work together as Chairs towards strengthening the activities of the HR Forum.
