Dear Working Group members,
The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to attend the joint meeting of Agriculture, Food & Beverage, Corporate Social Responsibility, Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Refining, and Environment working groups on Tuesday 9 May at 0930-1110am at the European Chamber Shanghai & Beijing Offices via videoconference facility.
During this meeting, Ms. Cynthia Wei, Head of Market Initiatives Access, Bayer CropScience China, will share with you Bayer’s understanding of sustainable agriculture from economy, social responsibility, and environment protection dimensions, and how Bayer builds the win-win eco-system along food chain with its partners to bring benefits to farmers, processors, traders, retailers, as well as consumers. Ms. Wei will also share with audience the unique service tool, tailor-made BayG.A.P. for developing countries, to improve farmers capability and change behavior for sustainable agriculture development to ensure food safety and quality, to support food chain partners to make quality management easier. The presentation will be followed by a 40-minute Q&A session.
