Dr. Du Pinsheng, Vice President of Phoenix Contact China, obtained his Ph. D degree in Automation Engineering from University of Bochum Germany, is the ambassador of industry 4.0 in PHOENIX CONTACT GmbH & Co. KG, and the ambassador of the intelligent strategic alliance on promoting Phoenix Contact industry 4.0.

Over the past twenty years, he has been dedicated to automation control technology research and application, and accumulated rich technical and management experience from over hundred control system projects development and application.

James Greener was born and educated in Britain. He worked for 8 years in Japanese capital markets in London as an equity analyst before moving to China in 1994. He has been in consulting roles since then, focusing on best practice automotive development and industrialisation working for BMW, Benz, MBtech, PwC, Staufen and freelance.

He works in a number of other industrial sectors including electronics, white goods, industrial and medical devices and chemicals implementing bottom-up transformation of operational process and value networks.

James speaks Mandarin and German and holds an MBA degree focusing on Chinese SOE restructuring. He is a member of the Asia Transformation and Turnaround Association and APICS Supply Chain Council. He is a certified VDA 6.3 auditor and teaches Leadership of Change for an online MA program in Chinese.

Mr. Marijn ten Wolde is working for Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances in China as project leader Automation and Industry 4.0. His main responsibility is to implement the concept of Industry 4.0 in the biggest BSH factory worldwide, located in Chuzhou, Anhui province.

Besides his job as project leader, he is also working on Energy Saving topics. In the past he used to work for BSH as Engineer of Energy Technology and Resource Efficiency in China. Mr. Marijn ten Wolde is responsible to achieve BSH's Resource Efficiency target (25% Energy saving, 25% water saving and 10% waste reduction). In China, a big saving potential has been achieved already and since May 2014, Marijn ten Wolde is also supporting the other refrigerator factories in Germany, Spain, Turkey and Russia in order to achieve their resource efficiency targets.
