Dr. Herbert Henzler is a retired Director (Senior Partner) of McKinsey & Company. He led a long and successful career as the leader of McKinsey Germany and Chairman of McKinsey Europe, and was a long-standing member of McKinsey's Board of Directors. Over the course of his career, Dr. Henzler has advised the senior management of several of Germany's most influential corporations on strategic and organizational issues. He has published extensively on management topics and sits on several Boards of German enterprises.
