In today’s result-driven and highly competitive business environment, leadership is often what makes the difference. Leadership motivates and enables people to achieve ambitious goals, binds people closer to the corporation they work for and drives internal change processes towards success. Leadership links people, organization and external environment together through inspiration, initiative and target-setting and by creating a better future.
Leadership is about skills, attitude and motivation. While some people have a strong tendency towards taking charge, leadership is not an innate personality trait. More often than not, leadership simply means that people rise up to the challenge.
Leadership starts with understanding expectations – participants will be introduced to a comprehensive leadership competency model developed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) – and setting oneself on a journey of continuous development . Attendees take the DiSC Management Style Profile online and receive a 23-page report which will give their self-development process guidance and direction.
Leadership development needs practice – that is why a key feature of this training is a challenging leadership simulation (role play) which is based upon a ten-item behavioral model.
