Companies need a strategy for managing candidate experiences consistently across all attraction, recruitment, and early career experiences to ensure that candidate perceptions of the organization align with the EVP.
Emile from Maximum will take a deep dive through the critical candidate touch points and how employer brand activation can translate value propositions into a rich experience to attract the right talent. Mr. Emile Mac Gillarvry
Mr. Emile Mac Gillavry has been with the Maximum Employment Marketing Group for 10 years in both Europe and Asia-Pacific, with experiences across a range of disciplines. After a career in the internet industry and a degree in marketing and communications, Emile joined Maximum in the Netherlands. From there he moved to Maximum in China, managing a range of multinational and local clients. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of this branch office he is responsible for driving business development, product development and providing the overall guidance and leadership to the operations across China.
Born in The Netherlands, Emile is of Dutch, Indonesian, Thai and Scottish heritage and speaks four languages, the many programming and scripting languages he masters excluded. Along his advertising career, he has worked with brands such as Starbucks, Deloitte, Yum! Brands, AkzoNobel, Novartis, ASML, Capgemini, Burger King, Teijin, T-Mobile, KPMG and many other multinational clients. Emile is a prolific speaker and article contributor in the employer branding and recruitment advertising industry in China.
Mr. Willie Ye
After 3 years of teaching career at Business College of Shanghai University upon his graduation from East China Normal University, Mr. YE had taken senior management positions in several companies such as HIMA Group (headquartered in Australia) and NCH Group (headquartered in USA). His current employer, ARKEMA Group, span off from TOTAL Group several years ago and today has become a world-famous independent chemical manufacturer headquartered in Paris, France. With over 19 years of experience in HR management, Mr. YE has developed original insights about HR practices and professional theories. He is also a corporate mentor of MBA centers of Shanghai University, Shanghai International Studies University and East China Normal University, and a guest lecturer at EM-Lyon Shanghai Campus.
Mr. Dow Wang
Dow is currently working for Boehringer Ingelheim, the only family-owned global top 15 pharmaceutical company. His role is within HR team mainly focuses on employer branding, HR communication programs and university relationships. Dow is fully responsible for formulating, planning, budget allocating, delivering and evaluating all related talent brand and communication programs to enhance BI's employer brand image on the market. This position presents an exciting new opportunity with one of the most fast growing pharmaceutical companies around the world.
From his earliest professional years, Dow has been a dedicated pioneer of employer branding. During his previous position he has been responsible for the campus brand and communication for Baidu Inc. Dow has also played key marketing roles for IBM and Philips previously. Dow started his career with Alcatel-Lucent Global HQ in their Global MT Program based out of Gurgaon, India.
Dr. Lun Li
Living in France for ten years, Lun has a strong scientific background. After a career in the R&D field, he has cooperated with different European and Chinese companies as Business and HR Consultant for their overseas implementation projects. His multicultural vision and multidiscipline working experiences allow him to help the company to develop their business and build an efficient team in local market. Since 2013, Lun joined Jobedin, the No.1 video employer branding platform dedicated to multinational companies in China. Jobedin’s mission is to support their company clients to attract qualified talents. He is responsible for leading business development, talent acquisition, marketing /communications and managing all operations around China.
