Building on the successful HR Conferences of 2005-2011, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Shanghai Chapter is delighted to host its 8th annual HR Conference on November 30, 2012 at The Longemont Shanghai. By featuring dialogue and presentations from top business leaders on best practices and trend watching, this year’s conference entitled “HR Innovation: Efficiency & Productivity Optimization”, highlights the need for companies operating in China to develop new approaches as China’s business and related labour environment matures.
With increased labor cost, intensified competition from global, regional and local competitors and growing complexity of the China organization, HR today is no long business as usual.
- Where do we stand as an employer in the eyes of Chinese talents?
- How can we feel at home in China?
- How can we drive HR initiatives from China to global HQ?
- How can we do more with less with our China organization?
The conference will unite both Chinese and European CEOs, HRDs, Innovation leaders to share experiences, best practices and insight, to brainstorm out-of-the-box ideas, to dialogue on trends and thoughts.
During the conference, attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about the many services offered by our sponsors. This full day event has a reputation for receiving a large turnout of HRDs, HR managers and industry professionals.
