Mr. Guowei 高国伟 GAO
Economist and Director of the Energy Research Office, Power Grid
GAO Guowei is the Doctor of Economy, graduated from Beijing University. He has the sound experience in the strategy management for the power grid companies, the energy economy, and the international investment.
He has completed more than 30 major researches for NDRC, NEA, SASAC and Power Grid on the environment development; the strategy research of the state policy; strategy of the enterprises reform and development; and the overseas investment of the Chinese enterprises.

Mr. 源 Yuan 胡HU
企业战略研究所研究员，工程师
西安交通大学/悉尼大学电气工程专业博士，研究领域包括电力市场改革、电力市场优化模型仿真等，参与过多项国资委、能源局、国家电网公司委托的电力市场改革相关的科研项目，连续两年参与了《国内外电力市场化改革分析报告》书籍撰写工作，公开发表文章10余篇。
