WU Jianjun was delegated to FCA Beijing Office in 2011, leading the reorganization and combination of FIAT and Chrysler function teams. Before he worked in Shanghai at FIAT regional office and later on FCA APAC. He was appointed as Director of Policy & Regulation; he was also handling Government Affairs jobs. He joined FIAT China (Beijing) in 2005, took the role of Senior Manager of Industry & Policies.

In 1998, established Golden Land Parking Group (China's first parking service company). Engaged in the parking industry for 21 years.
In 2015, became the Chairman of China Municipal Engineering Association Urban Parking Branch.
In 2016, became the Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Urban Public Transport Association.

Mr. Jiang has about 20 years of professional experience in management consulting and automotive industry. Mr. Jiang has extensive consulting project experience in corporate strategy & transformation, digital transformation, development and innovation, etc.

Sun Liqing graduated with a Ph.D. degree in automotive design and manufacturing. He is engaged in scientific research in the fields of new energy, electric vehicles and vehicle dynamics. He is also a member of the National Engineering Laboratory for Electric Vehicle, which belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Information of China, and a member of the Beijing Electric Vehicle Coordination Innovation Center. He is mainly engaged in scientific research, engineering and product development in the fields of new energy, electric vehicle and vehicle dynamics.

Moderator: Mr. Stefan Bernhart, Economic & Industry Counsellor, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, Beijing
Stefan Bernhart was posted to the German Embassy in Beijing in October 2016. As Economic and Industry Counsellor, he is responsible for industry relations with a focus on the automotive industry. He previously worked for Daimler AG in several leadership positions. Stefan Bernhart holds a M.A. in Economics, Intercultural Communication and English and is married with three children.

He was Vice-Director of Economic Information Department of CCPIT and now is Vice-Chairman of the Construction Industry Council, CCPIT. He masters international investment and trade promotion work, especially in the international market development, risk assessment, project negotiation, brand promotion and other aspects have a wealth of experience. He has been organized lots of major economic and trade and key industry promotion activities, including China International Credit and Risk management Conference, Chinese Enterprises Transnational Investment Seminar, China (Lianyungang) Silk Road International Logistics Expo (First Edition), China (Quanzhou) The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road International Brand Expo (First Edition), China's (Shaanxi) Silk Road Economic Belt Expo (First Edition) and related seminars, fairs, promotion meetings, special training and other activities in the Enterprise Transnational fields.
Mr. Michael Chang, Vice President and Executive Committee Member of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China
Michael has over 17 years of managerial experience in multinational companies on ICT research & innovation, standardization and technology strategy. Elected as Vice President and Executive Committee Member of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China in May 2017, he has been leading the high-tech policy dialogue between EU and China representing EU industry. He also serves as a member of the “EU-China Expert Group on Digital Economy & Cybersecurity” formed by China & EU authorities as the top dialogue platform on digital transformation.
