Recently, The Customs has launched a series of new measures and new regulations to improve the efficiency as well as the business environment. Apart from answering the frequently asked questions, the Tianjin Customs will also explain the efficiency-improving measures and new changes of customs clearance integration.
在此次政策解读会上，天津海关将说明关于关检融合后通关细节的变化，解读最新发布的企业信用管理办法（AEO认证），企业通关时效举措以及危险品处置与管理办法等政策。

1. 关检融合后，在申报，预约查验，放行通知等具体操作上会有什么变化？
2. 针对危险品通关，有公司反映：目前的状况是即使是通过正规途径，按国际运输规定准备好的危险货物, 海关仍不允许进口或者出口。有什么解决办法？
3. AEO认证制度： 海关对经认证的经营者实施差别化管理，AEO可以享受通关便利等优待。目前海关对企业如申报数目不符、商品品名与申报不符，规格型号与申报不符等申报不实的问题有行政处罚，企业因为一些非主观失误（即使企业能证明是合作伙伴的失误，海关也是处罚企业）被认定为影响海关监管秩序、影响国家税款征收的，应该如何处理和解决？
