马晶女士是德勤北京分所/天津分所雇主人力资源服务组的税务总监，已有15年的税务行业的经验。其间积极参与了多项跨国企业及中国本地企业在中国运营的项目，在税务日常合规申报，税务及商务咨询以及税收筹划等方面积累了丰富的经验。马晶的客户涉及制造业、科技/传媒/电信、能源、金融机构、房地产及商业服务等多个领域。近8年来，马晶女士致力于向跨国企业及中国本地企业提供个人所得税服务，积累了丰富的向中国本地以及外籍人士提供个人所得税税务咨询、筹划以及合规性申报服务的经验。期间她积极参与了多家跨国企业的个人所得税合规性审阅及协助应对税务稽查服务。马晶女士毕业于中国人民大学，拥有中国注册税务师资格。
Melody is a director at Global Employer Services Group ("GES") of Deloitte Beijing Office. She has over 15 years of experiences in the tax profession. She has been actively involved in a variety of projects serving entities and operations of Multinational Companies in China as well as PRC domestic enterprises. She has extensive experience on tax compliance, tax and business advisory and tax planning. Melody has a variety of industries client experience, such as manufacturing, information and high-technologies, real estate, and business services, etc.

In recent 8 years, she focuses on PRC individual income tax (“IIT”) services to MNC and domestic companies and she has accumulated very rich experience in providing PRC IIT advice, planning and compliance services to both expatriate and China local individuals. She has also been actively involved in IIT compliance review services for many MNCs.
 
Melody was graduated from Foreign Language Department of Renmin University of China, Major in English with Bachelor's Degree. She is a Chinese Certified Tax Agent ("CTA").
