The European Chamber Southwest China Chapter sincerely invites you to the upcoming Welcome Cocktail Party on 25th January, 2018 (Friday) to celebrate the appointment of Mr. Martin Allgaeuer to the positon of Consul General of Austria in Radisson Blu Chongqing Hotel.
中国欧盟商会西南分会诚邀您参加将于2019年1月25日，星期五在重庆丽笙世嘉酒店举办的鸡尾酒会来认识和欢迎新上任的奥地利驻成都总领事Martin Allgaeuer先生。
The Cocktail Party will serve as a platform for our members and friends to establish contact with the Consulate General of Austria. It is also a great opportunity to learn more about the Consulate General’s services and missions in Southwest China.
本次鸡尾酒会将是一个与奥地利总领事馆建立联系的好机会，同时让会员和朋友们更多地了解其在中国西南的服务和使命。
Guests will include diplomatic representatives of European Consulate Generals in Chengdu and Chongqing, government officials related with foreign affairs, members and friends of European Chamber.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
To cancel you can: 1) email chongqing@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website.

Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
