中国欧盟商会西南分会诚邀您参加将于2018年10月18日（周四）在重庆举办的“在华欧洲商业事务:《欧盟企业在中国建议书2018/2019》-重庆发布会”。此次发布会将于当日下午13:30起仅对媒体开放并同时进行记者招待会，并在下午15:30起开始对社会各界及公众进行开放。
The European Business in China – Position Paper (Position Paper) is the European Chamber’s primary annual publication. Although the speed of China’s reform and opening up has accelerated over the past year relative to the recent past, it remains, in absolute terms, incomplete and too slow. The resulting increase in global tensions has culminated in a tit-for-tat exchange between China and the US, with the European business being caught in the cross fire.
《欧盟企业在中国建议书》（建议书）是中国欧盟商会的年度重要出版物。虽然中国的改革开放速度在上一年度有所加快，但从绝对意义上来说，仍然是不够完整并且太慢了。由此导致的全球紧张局势在中美之间的针锋相对时达到高潮，也将欧洲企业陷入困境。
Tensions in the global economic system have manifested themselves in the US-China trade war, which is now seriously disrupting global supply chains. The root cause is China’s reform and opening failing to keep pace with its rapidly maturing economy, which has created a ‘reform deficit’. The Position Paper provides 828 specific recommendations that the European Chamber believes will help China to overcome this deficit and mitigate outside pressures.
中美贸易战的持续进行表明了国际经济体系的紧张局势，严重影响了国际供应链。其根本原因是中国的改革开放步伐没有跟上快速发展的经济，产生了“改革赤字”。本报告提供了共828条具体建议，相信能帮助中国“弥补赤字”并缓和外部压力。

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.

Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.

Mr. Adam Dunnett
Adam Dunnett is responsible for the overall implementation the European Chamber's objectives, visibility, membership and lobbying activities across its 7 chapters and 9 offices in China (Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shenyang and Tianjin).
