The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to invite you to this half-day LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, participants will be taken through a series of builds where they will be encouraged to challenge what (they think) they know about sales and leadership. 

Some of the questions that you will be able to address during this training include:

• What issues do our customers have in dealing with us?
• What do our customers need most?
• What will our business look like a year from now?
• What strengths do we have as a company?
• …And so on.

From motivating your team to time management and conflict resolution, effective team leadership is a vital but multi-faceted role in your company. In this course, you will learn the methodologies to lead, inspire, train, and address specific behaviours in your team with confidence, respect, and approachability.

For emerging or existing team leaders, this workshop focuses on the abilities to lead and coach a team. Practical and interactive, the workshop will provide you with immediate tips and tools to implement in the workplace.

9.00am - 10.20am     ‘A Strategic Imagination Experiment’

                                  Participants are taken through a series of simple builds that help them to reflect on how their
                                  imagination works; the type of imagination they are prone to using, and how they can develop the
                                  ability to use their imagination  strategically

10.20am - 11.00am   ’Skills Building’

                                  Participants are introduced to the LSP ‘core process’, and learn to ‘think with their hands’.

11.00am - 11.15am   Break and networking time

11.15am - 1.00pm     ' Developing your Sales Team and their/your Leadership Skills"

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 working days prior to the course will be charged with 20% course fee.
• Cancellations made 5 working days prior to the course will be charged with 50% course fee.
• Cancellations made 3 working days prior to the course or absence from the course will be charged with 100% course fee.

Originally from Oxford in England, Oliver spent twelve years in Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai running projects for global leaders in engineering, IT and management consulting.

Specialising in LEAN and agile project management, business processes and business analysis, Oliver built a comprehensive understanding of people, teams and organisations, the nature of business and the tools we use to support it all in varied geographic and cultural environments. For the last 5 years Oliver has been bringing this experience and knowledge to the table running LSP workshops and the Constructive.xyz business.

With an international background in Europe and South America, and over 10 years living in China, Rosanna Terminio is a consultant, contributor and lecturer specializing in innovation and strategy for the organization, as well as human resources strategist. She works since 2006 for AsecorpChina, of which she become owner in 2011 together with a Chinese colleague. As an Independent researcher, she published an academic paper titled: “The impact of RAAI (Robotic, Automation and Artificial Intelligence) from the employee perspective. A scoping review” and she is now working on her PhD research about technology driven change and employee’s identity. She also contributed to the book “The work we need. People for Industry 4.0”, published in Italy in October 2018. Rosanna is certified as an Executive Coach (ICC) and LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She gives lectures about Doing Business in China and HR Management in different Management Schools and Universities in Europe and China and participates, with pro-bono consulting, to different CSR activities.
