In the era of rapid development and uncertainty, although the leaders have rich professional ability and also have the power given by the organization, they still feel very hard to handle the issues with the young generation of employees (Post-90, Post-00). Some employees are obviously capable, but they perform careless; some employees have been taken care, but they seem not to be grateful; some employees have no objections in the decision-making, but they find the excuse and do not implement the decision. It seems that we have a lot of abilities, but still can't lead our people very well.
So how can we make employees more proactive, more positive and committed, and exert their greatest ability to work?

This program is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting, and aims at helping leaders through coaching skills training inspire the inner motivation of employees, support them find the solution by themselves and achieve the targets.

Result Oriented: The coaching skills introduced in the training is result oriented. Coaching conversation conducted by leaders may begin with end to enable leaders support others achieve the target.

Practice after learning: In each part of training, trainee may immediately do excises in real working context after learning in the class, then get feedback and coaching to make learning more practical.
