This hands-on training aims to help recruiters, HR, social media, employer branding and hiring managers to introduce systematic employer branding initiatives on a budget while leveraging their employees' personal brand and social network. During the training, you will discover the best practices of talent attraction from China and abroad and examine how the talent branding of companies like Microsoft, Dell, Meltwater or DuluxGroup stand out from the crowd.
LinkedIn is not only a powerful tool that modern recruiters use to source candidates, but also an emergent employer branding platform that many companies have started to appreciate. You will learn how talent acquisition and employer branding experts from the different parts of the world generate stronger candidate pipelines by using thought leadership, content marketing and storytelling methods on LinkedIn.
