April 10, 2018, President Mr. Xi Jinping made a keynote speech on Boao Forum for Asia and put forward that China would further open the market access for foreign investors in a more extensive way, the involved industries include finance, fund, automobile, environmental protection, etc., which will provide unprecedented opportunities for the foreign investors. However, it is no doubt the foreign funded enterprises would meet many legal risks during its operation and management, such as risks in relation to share transfer, labor dispute, IPR infringement, bankruptcy and dissolution, etc. Thus, European Chamber of Commerce will hold a Legal Seminar and invite the partner of Eagle Yang from Zhonghao Law Firm to introduce the new policies and opportunities in relation to foreign investment and put forward specific advice on legal risk prevention therefore, in a hope to offer assistance for FFEs in China.
4月10日，国家主席习近平在博鳌亚洲论坛上发表主旨演讲提出，中国将大幅度放宽市场准入，涉及领域包括金融、基金、汽车、环保等重要领域，这意味着中国即将开启新一轮对外开放，为外国投资提供了新的历史性机遇。然而不可否认，外资企业在实际经营管理过程中会遇到诸多风险，比如股权转让、劳资、知识产权侵权及解散清算等风险，鉴于此，中国欧盟商会西南分会举办本次专题讲座，邀请中豪律师事务所合伙人杨青对上述外资新政与机遇，以及外资企业经营管理过程中容易出现的上述风险进行解析，并提出具体防范建议，以期对外资企业有所帮助。
