One of the hurdles facing foreign invested enterprises is navigating the complex Chinese regulatory and tax systems to make outbound payments and repatriate profits. To be successful in this, it is imperative to gain a basic understanding of the tax environment and recent regulations in China, Europe and the US.
This breakfast seminar will be conducted in English, aimed at management level employees and will cover a general overview of the tax environment in China, Europe and the US. Double taxation agreements will be discussed and speaker will share cash repatriation strategies, implications and tax risks in China.

Ms. Hannah Feng is the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting Services at Dezan Shira & Associates in Beijing. Since joining Dezan Shira twelve years ago, Hannah has focused on managing financial reviews and providing tax and accounting services for foreign invested enterprises. Hannah has extensive knowledge of domestic and international finance, accounting and tax regulations. With a Master’s degree in finance from Tianjin University and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Nankai University, she is a qualified PRC Certified Tax Agent (CTA).
