On 19 July 2017 the Guangdong Province High People’s Court issued Guiding Opinion on the Application of the Labor Contract Law and the Law of Mediation and Arbitration over Labor Disputes in Guangdong Province. This document is expected to significantly influence how local judges handle labour disputes in Guangdong province.

Payment 付款
