培训特色
- The training starts with an IDEIS serious game on collective communication that will involve all trainees.
- All role plays are filmed and debriefed with each role players. Each role player will leave the training with his/her role plays videos on a USB key.
- Each trainee gets a mirror view from the trainer on his/her speaker image and gets personalized tips or advice so as to kick his/her communication impact up
- 培训开始于一个严肃的游戏,全部学员参加。既起到热场的作用,又强调非语言沟通的重要性。(“天生一对”)
- 所有角色扮演活动都会被录制下来,并且根据每一位学员的角色扮演情况给出反馈,做的好的地方和需要改进的地方。每一位学员都可以用USB拷贝自己的角色扮演情况,透过摄像机看到工作中真实的自己。
- 通过情景模拟、案例分析、视频、游戏等,每一位学员都会从彼此之间和培训师的总结中认识自己,得到对于未来工作行之有效的方法和建议,并且所有建议都是个人定制的。
