About the speakers:
Jean Marie SALVA, Partner, DS Avocats law firm
Partner at DS law firm, Jean Marie coordinates, within the Brussels office, the team specialized in European Union law (mainly defense and trade policy) and within the Parisian office, the team dedicated to Customs Law and International Trade Policy, covering both advice and litigation. Jean Marie works in close cooperation with many other teams within the Firm, especially with those dealing with Intellectual Property law (counterfeiting), Environmental Law (Energy and Environmental Taxation, TGAP, TIPP, TICGN), Tax Law (VAT, transfer costs) and the offices of DS in Asia.
Jean Marie will share his insights and experience on these hot topics, together his partners from DS law Firm Canada and China also joining the meeting.
