The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Forum is an event-driven platform that regularly organises meetings, training courses and events of interest to all European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (European Chamber) members. Established in 2005, it is now comprised of more than 250 member companies that cover a wide range of corporate functions, such as sustainability/CSR, marketing and communications, public relations, government relations, corporate governance and compliance, human resources, the environment and health and safety.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Forum promotes best practices already established by European companies and emphasises the importance of a strategic and innovative approach to CSR. This forum fosters CSR collaboration and co-innovation between the European Chamber, Chinese government agencies, professional organisations and local nongovernmental organisations.

During its 13 years of operation, the Corporate Social Responsibility Forum has effectively engaged in constructive dialogue with the Chinese Government on a host of concepts.
