These individuals are: (i) lawyers from European-based law firms registered with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ); (ii) European lawyers working in other foreign law firms registered with the MOJ or in Chinese law firms; and (iii) in-house counsels for European corporate entities with a presence within China.
