Working Group Meeting with Section Chief from Shenzhen Customs District

Dear Logistics WG Members,

Please be informed about the next Logistics WG Meeting, which is dedicated to discuss some customs clearance issues, to raise questions and bring awareness to the Shenzhen Customs, Customs Clearance Department for the current most frequent cases encountered by member companies operating in Shenzhen. The meeting is initiated as follow up on the previously held meeting with Shenzhen Customs in October, where both sides agreed to hold working group meetings on regular basis and discuss on customs issues. This will be our first open discussion meeting and you are most welcomed to participate and suggest topics for future similar discussion meetings as well as to know other Logistics Managers and share experience.

Upon invitation from the European Chamber, Ms. Tao Lu Juan, Section Chief from Enterprise Administration at Shenzhen Customs District,  will join our meeting to hear your company customs issue and  assist with answers and guidance to your case.
