Seminar brief introduction讲座简要介绍

This seminar aims to help the enterprises understand the requirements of compliance management and sustainable development and enhance risk management and response capabilities. 本次讲座旨在帮助企业了解合规管理和可持续发展的要求，提升风险管理和应对能力.

Since the 9th National Congress of CPC, the Chinese government has accelerated the rule of law and strengthened enterprise compliance management. The compliance and integrity of enterprises have increasingly affected their management and development. The Belt and Road Initiative has brought new opportunities to the foreign trade industry, enabling more enterprises to go to the world. While facing new opportunities, enterprises also face new challenges, such as differences in culture, laws and regulations, as well as strict review of enterprise compliance and severe penalties for violations by overseas regulators.

“十九大”以来，中国政府加快推进依法治国、强化企业合规经营，企业的合规和诚信水平越来越影响到其经营和发展； “一带一路”政策给外贸行业带来了新契机，更多企业正在搭乘这列快车驶出国门。企业在面对新机遇的同时，也要面对新的挑战——文化和法规环境的差异，以及海外监管机构对企业合规严格审查和对违规的严重处罚。

The changes in new compliance environment at home and abroad have brought new risks to enterprise system and culture, and also brought turning opportunities for management innovation, management system reform and enterprise development strategy. Establishing an effective compliance management system throughout the organization is one of the effective ways to address compliance risks.
