She has extensive experience advising on indirect taxation, Spanish corporate income tax consolidation regime, transfer pricing and permanent establishments. Ms. Lin has been providing tax advice for multinational company groups on both international and domestic transactions and for foreign expatriates working in China for nearly a decade. David has more than 15 years’ experience in delivering services to many key clients including global mobility services, PRC Individual Income Tax (IIT) consultation, compliance and advisory on global equity incentive plan, tax planning for high-net-worth individuals. Before joining Grant Thornton, he worked at PwC and Deloitte providing tax services to many key clients including high growth companies and large multinational organizations. From 2015 to 2016, David was seconded to Deloitte London tax team for one year.

Alexander Prautzsch is a Tax Director at PwC China in the Shanghai office and is a member of the European Business Group.

Alexander is committed to advising European, particularly German-speaking clients, on their investments in China. He is focused on Chinese, German and international tax matters for corporate clients as well as their employees. Typical projects of Alexander include investment advisory, restructurings, profit repatriation planning, employee assignments, cost cross-charges and supply chain planning projects.

Alexander is a German certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) and has lived and worked in Shanghai since October 2005. Prior to working in China, Alexander worked for three years in the international tax department in Frankfurt. Alexander is a German native speaker and fluent in English and Mandarin.

With an international background in Europe and South America, and over 10 years living in China, Rosanna Terminio is a consultant, contributor and lecturer specializing in innovation and strategy for the organization, as well as human resources strategist. She works since 2006 for AsecorpChina, of which she become owner in 2011 together with a Chinese colleague. As an Independent researcher, she published an academic paper titled: “The impact of RAAI (Robotic, Automation and Artificial Intelligence) from the employee perspective. A scoping review” and she is now working on her PhD research about technology driven change and employee’s identity. She also contributed to the book “The work we need. People for Industry 4.0”, published in Italy in October 2018. Rosanna is certified as an Executive Coach (ICC) and LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She gives lectures about Doing Business in China and HR Management in different Management Schools and Universities in Europe and China and participates, with pro-bono consulting, to different CSR activities.
