The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to a brief meeting/call next Tuesday 19 June from 16h to 17h, on recent filing requirements for sales of radio devices 无线电发射设备销售备案, introduced by many local authorities and planned at the central level. You may join the discussion on-site or via teleconference.
The new filing scheme has been introduced by Article 48 of the Radio Regulation 无线电管理条例 revised in 2016, in response to which and starting from late last year, many provinces and cities have already released or planned their own filing requirements.
During this meeting/call, Davof Xu, National Chair of SCA Working Group will give an update on the key takeaways of local filing requirements and related concerns, followed by discussion. Members are also welcome to share their insights.
