On 1st of April 2017 Chinese Entry and Exit Bureau has implemented new visa rules under pilot Foreign Worker Visa Program.
The reform also introduced a Foreigner’s Work Permit card. While the new reforms were aimed at easing visa procedures, many companies have reported difficulties under the new program. In order to help member companies gain a better understanding of the reforms the European Chamber Nanjing will host a dialogue with Jiangsu Foreign Expert Affairs Bureau/Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on the new visa policies.
国家外国专家局于2016年10月至2017年3月出台并在9个城市试点了《外国人来华工作许可制度试点实施方案》，此新政策已在2017年4月1日起在全国范围内正式施行，并将原“外国人入境就业许可”和“外国专家来华工作许可”整合为“外国人来华工作许可”，以进一步明确工作职责、减少重复审批、避免监管漏洞、提升办事效率。但在新政的执行过程中，许多企业都反应遇到了困难。为了进一步让企业深入理解这一新政，中国欧盟商会南京分会邀请江苏省外专局及江苏省人社厅于10月17日为大家解读政策并答疑解惑。
