On 11 and 12 of May, CFDA consecutively issued four draft policies for public consultation, aiming at encouraging innovation in pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. These policies will have far-reaching impact on pharmaceutical industry.

1)   CFDA: Call for Comments on the Policy on Encouraging Innovation of Drugs and Medical Devices and Accelerating Examination and Approval for New Drugs and Medical Devices (Draft for Comments) 总局关于征求《关于鼓励药品医疗器械创新加快新药医疗器械上市审评审批的相关政策》（征求意见稿）意见的公告（2017年第52号）

2)   CFDA: Call for Comments on the Policy on Encouraging Innovation of Drugs and Medical Devices and Reforming Clinical Trial Administration (Draft for Comments) 总局关于征求《关于鼓励药品医疗器械创新改革临床试验管理的相关政策》（征求意见稿）意见的公告（2017年第53号）

3)   CFDA: Call for Comments on the Policy on Encouraging Innovation of Drugs and Medical Devices and Implementing Whole Lifecycle Management for Drugs and Medical Devices (Draft for Comments) 总局关于征求《关于鼓励药品医疗器械创新实施药品医疗器械全生命周期管理的相关政策》（征求意见稿）意见的公告（2017年第54号）

4） CFDA: Call for Comments on the Policy on Encouraging Innovation of Drugs and Medical Devices and Protecting the rights of Innovators 总局关于征求《关于鼓励药品医疗器械创新保护创新者权益的相关政策（征求意见稿）》意见的公告（2017年第55号）
