People's Government of Jiangsu Released Provincial document No.33 in accordance with National document No.5, the circular issued by the State Council that provides measures to boost foreign investment, as part of an effort to build “a new open economic system” in Jiangsu province.
江苏省人民政府在国发5号文的基础上发布了苏政发33号文，旨在促进积极利用外资，推动江苏新一轮高水平对外开放。
