In the recent years the Chinese government has turned its attention toward greater regulation of advertising. The amended Advertising Law of the P.R. China came into effect on 1 September 2015. It represents the first major revision of the law since the Advertising Law was first introduced in 1995. Following in the footsteps of the amended Advertising Law, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce’s (SAIC) Interim Measures for the Administration of Internet Advertising took effect on September 1, 2016. The new regulation clarifies what content is considered “internet advertising,” lays down rules for “publishers” of online advertisements, and outlines investigation measures and penalties for violators.
近几年,中国政府加强了对广告的监管。自1995年颁布以来,《中华人民共和国广告法》(以下简称为《广告法》)首次进行修订,修订后的《广告法》自2015年9月1日起施行。继《广告法》修订后,国家工商行政管理总局制定的《互联网广告管理暂行办法》(以下简称《暂行办法》)自2016年9月1日起施行。新出台的《暂行办法》明确了什么是“互联网广告”,规范了互联网广告发布者的行为,并概括了对违规行为的监管与处罚办法。

Director Wang has been involved in the drafting of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests, and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Internet Advertising. She is currently working on the regulation and management of internet advertising with the SAIC. Ms Meng has been consulting on advertising legitimacy with the CAA since 2000. She has significant field experience and was involved in the revision of the Advertising Law.
王处长参与了《消费者权益保护法》、《互联网广告管理暂行办法》的法律、规章的起草工作,目前负责互联网广告监管工作。2000年至今,孟女士在中国广告协会法务部从事广告发布前的合法性咨询工作,实务经验丰富,并全程参与《广告法》修订过程。
