The Nanjing Chapter held its annual board members election on 14th April. We are delighted to announce the newly elected Nanjing Chapter Board: Bernhard Weber (BSH Home Appliances Holding (China) Co. Ltd) as chair; Petra Grandinson (Atlas Copco Construction and Mining Nanjing), Dr. jur. Markus Hermann (BASF-YPC Company, Ltd), Dr. Andreas Risch (Fette (Nanjing) Compacting Machinery Co. Ltd.) as board members. The new board will serve a one-year term from April 2016 to March 2017.

The new board is manufacturing focused. With two new people and two with a renewed mandate—Bernhard Weber and Petra Grandinson—the Nanjing board will be ensured of both fresh perspectives and continuity. The board has a strong background in government affairs, solid business experience in China and a clear understanding of how the Chamber can best serve its members. All of these are complimentary to the chapter’s strategy for the year to come.
