Chamber Discusses EU-China Connectivity Platform with DG MOVE

On 11th July, Maja Barkran, deputy director general of the Directorate-general for Mobility and Transport of the European Commission (DG MOVE), met with mobility sector representatives from the European Chamber at the Delegation of the European Union to China.  Ms Bakran received feedback from European businesses and inquired about the challenges they have faced when getting involved with Belt and Road projects. Ms Bakran went on to discuss the EU-China Connectivity Platform and encouraged industry participation in the endeavour in order to improve private sector participation in the EU-China relationship.
