Meeting with German Delegation

On 13th October PCR Working Group chair Karin Xu, together with business manager attended a meeting with Wolfgang Trautwein, Economic Counsellor, Dr. Dietmar Kopp, Head of Division Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, Norbert Theihs, Director of German Chemical Industry Association Berlin Office and Brigitte Irsfeld from Division Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry of German Delegation.

Ms. Karin Xu gave a brief introdcution of how to deal with the relationship between multinational chemical companies in PCR industry and related ministries and departments. Ms. Xu then analyzed the challenges and opportunities that these companies faced in China, including complexity, transparency, systematization and enforcement problems. She also answered some questions raised by the side of German Delegation in fields of  investment, legislation, education, emission, evaluation and digitalization.
