Meeting with NDRC Vice Chairman Hu Zucai on China’s Fair Competition Review

Ms Xie presented industry comments on the implementation of Anti-monopoly Law as well as the Fair Competition Review. Talking about the European Chamber’s Position Paper, Vice Minister Hu said that he read it every year and found it to be very influential. The European Chamber were one of the only two foreign organisations invited to the meeting, together with seven Chinese industry associations.
