Job description
1. Assisting Beijing Events Team
-Administrative supports
-Online promotion, communication and other preparatory and follow-up tasks
-Financial matters including invoices and some financial summaries
-Logistic supports in Events
-Registration
-Other onsite coordination
2. Assisting the Advertisement & Sponsorship Manager
-Administrative supports
-Preparing Marketing Materials
-Finance related matters
Skills & experience
1. High level of fluency in both Chinese and English (extremely important). Knowledge of European Languages could be asset.
2. Sponsorship/Events experience preferred (but not a must)
3. High degree of accuracy and patience (very important)
4. Computer skills
5. Strong organizational and communication skills, initiative and results-driven, flexible and proactive attitude
6. Five days per week and for 6 consecutive months.
