Job description
Cooperate with clients or relative responsible parties to ensure all inquiries are properly proceeded which include but not limited to fairs & factory visits, offering, sampling, order processing, shipment monitoring, inspection, logistics arrangement, documentation and trouble-shooting in a timely manner
Establish and update relative SOPs to enhance clients’ trade operations
Develop good relationship with all the business partners, such as agents, banks, forwarders, suppliers and warehouses to accomplish multi-tasks.
Carry out other job assigned by the supervisor or the department manager
Skills & experience
Bachelor degree in foreign trade, business preferred
Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Mandarin
Knowledge in international trade Export & Import with at least 5-8 years experience in handling international trade operations directly with overseas clients
Experiences of factory visit, audit, customs compliance is preferred
Capable of handling trade project
Good PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software
Pro-active, open-minded and organized
Strong orientation towards teamwork, zero-defect, solution-driven and adherence to deadlines.
Familiarize with ERP and various external systems
Hardworking and workable under pressure
