VEKA Plastics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is searching for the Sales Director for the Chinese Market with the working place in Shanghai, Songjiang. The Sales Director will report directly to the Managing Director of the Company.
Your Job-Scope:
- Guide and Supervise our Sales Team and Sales Offices in China
- Maintaining good relationship to existing Customers and develop new Customers
- Developing and promoting our Products to Real Estate Companies
- Market Research and developing new Sales Strategies
- Optimizing internal Processes including the project biding controlling the Project Biding
Skills & experience
Your Profile:
- Graduated with a Master Degree in Economics or Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years study/work experience abroad – preferably in Europe
- 3-5 years Sales Experience in China – preferable in technical direct Sales
- Self-motivated and structured Work approach
- Dynamic and agile, with broad vision and business strategy
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel inside China extensively
- Chinese Citizenship
- Very good English Language skills – spoken and written
- German Language skills are an additional benefit
