Job Title
Business DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Location

REPORTING FUNCTION
Reports directly to gENERAL mANAGER
MISSION
The purpose of the role is to develop and manageVinon’s business in Europe to ensure the sales achievement of the strategic and financial objectives of the group. First priority is to lead a significant profitable sales growth in Europe market focusing on clients’ satisfaction. For long-term, the business development manager should engage in clients’ supply chain / logistic efficiency and cost saving solutions to strength the partnership with clients.
main responsibilities
· Monitor the activity of various sales representatives (validation of prospects, follow-up of appointments, checking of raises, etc.)
· Establish and develop privileged partnerships with local agents or distributors
· Presentations on the technical content of the products
· Directly manage a portion of sales (including complex projects)
· Being the guarantor of the final negotiation of the contracts until the meeting of launch of the project
· Being responsible for the proper functioning of sales teams (8 or 9 people)
· Participate in international scientific fairs (China Import and Export Fair, Hong Kong Electronics Fair, etc.)

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Proven business development track record
· Strong business sense and autonomy
· Good sales team management skills
· Fluent in written and spoken English and French
eXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in international business development, experience in electronics industry is a plus
· Strong experience in business development in Europe market (especially France and Germany). Have a network that can be activated very fast
· Knowledge in retail, especially home decoration DIY stores is a plus
