Your responsibilities:
- Client communication (40%)
– Promote Fiducia’s services to clients
– Hold client meetings and identify clients’ needs
– Respond to client enquiries and follow up accordingly
– Attend events and trade fairs to meet potential clients and build up network
– Develop and enhance client relationships
- Internal coordination (20%)
– Cooperate with other teams to provide solutions for clients.
– Formulate and develop proposals for clients.
- Agreement preparation (20%)
- Administration work and others (20%)
Skills & experience
Who we are looking for:
- University degree in business related disciplines
- 2 years’ experience advising on and developing CRM strategies and roadmaps
- Native command in spoken and written German
- Good spoken and written English; Mandarin skills are of advantage
- Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills
- Strong analysis and interpretation skills
- Outgoing, proactive, diligent and passionate at work
