Job description
1. Provide support to Director of Investment Projects in terms of industry background, market analysis and project planning;
2. Research and integrate industry news, trends and have insight in business development;
3. Assist in developing client focus initiatives and executing business development;
4. Set up database for all companies and contacts;
5. Assist in developing client focus initiatives and executing business development;
6. Work with the team to increase client communication to improve service excellence and customer satisfaction;
7. Support to create and implement investment strategy for clients at the planning stage in cross-border transactions;
8. Support to develop contacts and strengthen relationship with companies, business organizations, and official institutions to explore and develop new business;
9. Attend meetings to support business;
10. Assist in collecting information, providing constructive ideas and establishing brand and service competitiveness;
11. Visit companies with team responsible and follow-up potential leads;
12. Assisting to provide result oriented service on advertising, promotion, and other matters related to the business.
Skills & experience
1. Bachelor of business/economics, or law degrees with excellent research and analytical skills;
2. Be native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English on a business communication spoken and written level. Language skills are essential requirements for the position;
3. Effectively communicate and excellent writing skills;
4. Familiar with global culture, international market knowledge and an interest in learning more about the commercial and operational side of a business;
5. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
6. Self-motivated and self-reliable with high ethical standards;
7. Good organizational skills and are methodological in approach;
8. Good team player with good interpersonal skills.
