The Office of National Energy Leading Group released has a draft of the New Energy Law of the P.R.C, on energy development, utilization and management, hereby attached in Chinese and English versions.

This draft is open for comments which can be submitted to the Office of National Energy Leading Group.

We would very much appreciate your comments and suggestions and we would be grateful if we could receive your input by 20th January 2008.
