Accommodation/Logistics  

Ticket holders for the EU China Business Summit 2009 who have booked the accommodation with us before November 18th will be entitled to two free nights' accommodation in 5-star Grand Metropark Hotel Nanjing. A map of the hotel is available for download here.

Please note that the European Chamber and other Summit organizing partners unfortunately cannot arrange accommodation for delegates in Nanjing before the 29th of November or after the 30th of November. Should you require accommodation in Nanjing outside of the dates mentioned above, we strongly encourage you to make your own arrangements.

Free shuttle buses will also run between the Summit venue, delegate hotel and the airport/train station.
 

The City 
Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province, is a two-hour journey from Shanghai by bullet train, and approximately 2.5 hours from Beijing by plane. The European Chamber has a successful Chapter in Nanjing, with close to 100 European and international companies among its members. To support the interests of its members, the Nanjing Chapter organizes regular meetings with local government, seminars and briefing sessions, as well as networking events. It is also actively involved in preparations for the Business Summit.
